The 'S' is an accurately scaled down design of the standard sized Xcape. As with other 'S' models in the Tiderace line up, this boat is a completely independent design with all dimensions revised to suit smaller paddlers. Someone the correct size for the Xcape_S should get the same paddling experience and performance level as someone the correct size for the standard Xcape. Conversly, it will also function as a day boat for paddlers who do not need the volume or waterline length of the larger models.
