Terms and Conditions

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, if there will be a delay we will contact you and advise you of this within the 24 hour period. The one exception to this are where orders are placed for sea kayaks as we undertake the delivery of these ourselves and delivery may take up to 15 days.

You should notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt that you intend return the item. It should be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all swing tags attached. Any software MUST be returned unopened or we will be unable to accept it for return.

We are unable to accept returns on PPE equipment for climbing & mountaineering use.

The item should be returned, at the buyers expense, using a service with tracking & adequate insurance to protect you against any loss. Notification of your intention to return an item should be sent to sales@summittosea.co.uk. within 7 working days of receipt.
