Firepot's Curry Peanuts are made from an authentic Indian curry sauce. It's a recipe they have developed over time, based on an evolution of Firepot's Chicken Keema Curry. In this curry sauce, they use protein-rich soya to soak up the flavours. Firepot then take whole spices (cardamom, coriander and cumin seeds) and gently dial up the heat to ensure that the flavours that coat their peanuts are fragrant and long-lasting.
